Complaints and warranty

- The warranty period for each product is indicated on the warranty card, if not, this period is set by law for 2 years. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product or its wear in an inappropriate manner.

- Goods that are damaged during transport from the seller to the customer cannot be claimed. In this case, the carrier is responsible for damage to the goods. It is the customer's duty to check the condition of the goods upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged and the shipment shows obvious signs of damage, the customer is obliged to write a damage report with the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms that the goods were delivered in order.

- In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to submit a written complaint request to the seller's address. In the request, the customer must precisely specify the defect of the product and propose the method of complaint.

- The customer is obliged to deliver the claimed goods to the seller's address at his own expense. The goods must be delivered in the original packaging, with all accessories, instructions and warranty card. The customer is obliged to pack the goods so that they are not damaged during transport.

- The customer is obliged to send the claimed goods to the seller's address by registered mail. The seller is not obliged to accept the goods sent on cash on delivery.

 

Exchange and return of goods

If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, you have the right to exchange or return them without giving a reason. The return conditions are as follows:

- The customer must inform the seller no later than 3 days after receiving the shipment.

- The customer must send the goods by registered mail to the seller's address no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment.

- The customer has the right to exchange or return goods only if the goods do not show any signs of wear or contamination and are sent back in the original packaging with all labels and accessories from the manufacturer together with a copy of the proof of purchase of the goods.

 

Immediately after the goods are delivered to the seller's address, their condition will be checked. If the goods are not worn or damaged in any way, the customer can choose any item from the scandinoff.eu offer (in the case of an exchange) or can choose how the money will be refunded. If the customer chooses a product with a lower value than the price of the returned product during the exchange, he will be paid the difference. If, on the other hand, he chooses goods with a higher value, the customer will pay the difference in price. If the customer paid postage when purchasing the original item, he no longer pays postage for the exchange. Only the value of the goods is returned, not the postage. The transport of goods from the customer to the seller is always paid for by the customer.
